About / The notebook

A record of
work in progress.

An independent technical blog about a difficult, unfinished engineering problem.

What belongs here

The focus is an independent AI agent for fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) design: local models, public Polish geospatial data, computational tools and tests.

This notebook is a place to record why a decision was made, what a test actually showed, and what remains unresolved. A failed attempt is useful when its conditions and consequences are clear.

How to read the entries

Each entry identifies its purpose. A scope note describes intentions. An experiment reports a run with evidence. A failure report records an observed problem. A decision explains a trade-off. Planned work stays labelled as planned.

At launch, the public record contains a scope note. There are no published agent benchmarks, verified network designs or field-validation results here.

Boundaries

This is a personal, independent project. The publication scope excludes employer materials and customer data. Public geospatial data will be identified by source, date, coordinate reference system and applicable reuse conditions before it is used in a published example.

A generated route does not establish access rights, construction feasibility or the availability of ducts, poles and other infrastructure. Engineering review and source verification remain necessary.

A deliberately small site

The blog is a static website. There are no accounts, comments, advertising or analytics scripts in this version. Entries are plain text files maintained alongside the site source.
